The Unit

The Unit was where it all began. Using construction with a small ‘c’ to engage young people in the learning process in the broadest sense of the word. A wide range of practical applications can be used by the students to help them reach their potential. These include painting, tiling, woodwork, plumbing and electrical work. These skills do not lead to qualifications in those area, but are used more to build confidence through the process of completing projects.
