Meet the Team
Pete Caddick
Pete is a very annoying and bald old bloke, that has been working in an SEN setting for approximately 12 years. Prior to this his career had mainly been in the construction industry. He specialises in students from late key stage 2 up to post 16. Primarily children with an autistic diagnosis or similar.

Lucy Selway
Lucy has been working in a SEN school for 5 years but before this was working for 10 years in dementia care. She has experience working with a wide range of students from high functioning autism to severe learning difficultiese (SLD) and across a wide age range.
(Working towards Level 5 TA with SEN)
David Escott
David has been working in a SEN setting for several years. He has a great deal of experience working with young people with a range of abilities. He is also a trained electrician, which comes in handy at TCS!

Kelly Higgs
Kelly has worked across many SEN settings and has a wide skill set. She enjoys sensory sessions and loves cooking with our students at TCS.

Jody Willetts
Jody has worked in both in an SEN setting and also has experience as a lead in a nursery school. She is able to work with students across a wide range of abilities. Her enthusiastic personality is an asset to the school.

Nikki Selway
Nikki has recently joined us at TCS and has been amazing. She will put her hand to anything and has great enthusiasm when working with our students.

Jo Mercer
Jo had been in a marketing job in London. When she moved down to the West Country she decided to take a position in a local SEN school. That was over 10 years ago. Since then she has moved to the SEN department of a further education college, so has a great deal of experience with post 16 students.
